Hello!
I started this blog as a way to express information about how to improve your heart's health through positive thinking, healthy eating habits, and a good exercise program.
My interest in the field of cardiology started my senior year of high school when I began exploring different areas of medicine that I could potentially practice. The most influential program I attended was the Bristol-Myers Squibb Summer Science Program.
Through their program, I was able to visit a local hospital and see it in a way that I had never thought of before.
Suddenly, I was able to see everything that went into the hospital, but nothing was more important to me than the patients.
I settled on pursuing a career in cardiology because of the high prevalence of heart disease in America. I believe that through a good health program, anybody can improve the health of their heart, and thus their quality of life.

Just a disclaimer: I am in no way a real doctor, only an aspiring medical student. Before making any changes in your exercise or health regimen, be sure to speak to your respective health-care provider to be sure that you are ready to make those changes. Always discuss your plans with them, and be safe when exercising.
